Operations Trainee

Clim-Eat is a ‘think and do tank’ for food and climate that seeks to accelerate a just transition to resilient and low-emission food systems in low-and middle-income countries through innovative engagement, evidence generation, and outreach efforts. Working with our partners, Clim-Eat offers thought leadership to provide solutions to pressing issues in food systems. These efforts are complemented by policy engagement and capacity-building efforts with decision-makers in the public and private sectors.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a combination of administration and operational skills, but above all, a ‘can-do’ mentality to help develop Clim-Eat’s operations and processes.

As an Operations Trainee, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our administration lead and management, supporting our young think-and-do tank focused on food and climate in effectively organising its operations. In this dynamic role, you will be immersed in a hands-on environment that fosters growth and skill development.

Being a small and nimble team, we place a strong emphasis on a ‘can-do’ mentality. We value individuals who are eager to learn, contribute actively, and embrace challenges with enthusiasm. As a proactive team player, you will have the space and support to develop your strengths and make a meaningful impact. So join us on our mission to accelerate the just transition to climate-resilient and sustainable food systems by 2030 by applying today.
