Doris wins Young Environmental Award

An award from the BESTSELLER Foundation
Doris is committed to global food security and is studying a Masters in Climate Studies at Wageningen University & Research in her homeland of The Netherlands. The 24-year-old has won this award for her work at the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS) and has organised various awareness-raising events with organisations such as Rabobank, the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Bayer. With this prize, Doris will continue to make an impact by raising awareness about the importance of youth engagement in climate adaptation for food systems in several ways through Clim-Eat.
Accomplishments don’t happen overnight, its the result of a journey of hard work and commitment, here is mine:
