Activities:
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media channels and websites, utilizing information from events, projects, and publications.
- Independently design social media assets that align with event and project guidelines, ensuring visually appealing and consistent branding.
- Edit various written content, including blogs, reports, and other materials, to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Develop and edit creative video content
- Manage website content using WordPress, updating information, and images, and ensuring the website is user-friendly and visually appealing.
- Coordinate communications content with the Clim-Eat team and collaborate closely with the communications team to align messaging and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze social media and website analytics to assess the effectiveness of communication efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather information, stories, and testimonials that can be used to enhance communication materials.

- Understanding or experience in communications, including knowledge of effective communication strategies and principles.
- Proficiency or affinity for creative social media content creation, demonstrating the ability to develop engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience.
- Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, to create visually compelling designs and multimedia content.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor content for different platforms and target audiences.
- Experience with website management, preferably using WordPress or similar platforms, including content updating, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and techniques to optimize website content and increase organic visibility.
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams and communicating clearly to align communication efforts.
