Led the first-ever Food Systems Pavilion at COP27, uniting 25+ stakeholders for climate-food action. This set the stage for replication at COP28 and COP29.

Initiated I‘s on our Plates, a comprehensive initiative by Clim-Eat that aims to transform the way we approach food and climate—inspiring individuals, businesses, and communities to work together for a more sustainable and equitable future for all. To achieve this, I‘s on our Plates will span across three stages: INNOV-EAT, IMPLEM-EAT, IMPACT-EAT.

Clim-Eat facilitated stakeholder meetings that helped design a national soil health pilot in Malawi. Later that year, our Senior Innovation Strategist (Bruce Campbell) helped the World Bank and the Government of Malawi in launching the pilot, reaching 36,000 farmers across two growing seasons (2024–2026). The focus includes diverse soil management practices—like organo-mineral fertilizers, liming, legumes, and agroforestry—and testing new subsidy delivery models such as payment incentives and e-vouchers.

Clim-Eat initiated activities to learn lessons across Malawi and Tanzania, as Malawi is implementing a similar pilot. There is the potential to further scale to Kenya in 2025, including multi-stakeholder discussions and cross-country learning opportunities involving also Zambia.

Advising Brazil’s Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock to shape the food and agriculture agenda ahead of COP30.
